Meet Our Leaders

As President of Accurent, Richard Leurig is responsible for driving the company's strategy, operations, growth, and profitability. Prior to his promotion to President, Richard served as Chief Product and Technology Officer, where he was responsible for the Accruent global engineering, product, customer success, professional services and partnership teams. Richard is an accomplished executive with nearly 30 years of experience driving customer-focused and commercially successful innovation in several major organizations' complex product and technology portfolios.

Before joining Accruent, Richard served as CTO & SVP Products & Partnerships at ResMan Property Management Software, SVP of Innovation & Technology at CoreLogic Real Estate Data & Analytics, CTO at MoneyGram International, and Co-Founder of Route7 Solutions, a real estate and mortgage software and digital workflow product startup.

Richard holds a bachelor's degree in business from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.

Kate Morgan serves Accruent as Chief Financial Officer. She brings over 20 years of experience leading finance teams with a focus on strategic business partnerships. Kate joined Accruent after serving as CFO for Gordian and the Vice President of Finance at Veeder-Root; both under Fortive leadership. Leveraging the Fortive Business System, she has led teams in all aspects of company finances, including strategic planning, acquisition due diligence and integration, NetSuite ERP implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and international operations.

Prior to joining Fortive, Kate held a variety of finance and operational leadership positions at Eaton and United Technologies Corporation. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and worked in public accounting at both PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.

Kate is a graduate of Hartwick College, where she earned a BS in Accounting and Economics.

As Chief Product Officer, Brooke Huling leads product management and innovation with a passion for AI-driven technologies and team leadership. With over 20 years in product and technical strategy, Brooke excels in as-a-service business models and creating exceptional customer experiences. Before becoming CPO, she served as SVP of Product Management & User Experience at Accruent.

Brooke has held product and technology leadership roles at Dell Technologies, Aceable, and Blackbaud. She began her career in customer database and quality engineering, later transitioning to product management. She has led complete overhauls of legacy systems, developed and brought new solutions to market, and managed diverse product portfolios with billions of dollars in recurring revenue.

She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, in addition to degrees in business administration and philosophy.

As Chief Technology Officer, Kristi leads product development and engineering operations, leveraging her experience in building and leading world-class software, data engineering, quality assurance, and program management teams. Her expertise in executing product strategies and roadmaps consistently delivers premium results.

Kristi has a proven track record of transforming enterprise on-premises products into advanced SaaS and PaaS solutions. Her extensive tech background includes aligning solutions with business strategies, adopting agile methodologies, modernizing product architecture, and driving AI-driven innovation. Before becoming CTO, Kristi was Senior Vice President of Software and Engineering at Accruent. She has also held key leadership roles at Blackbaud and Golden Frog, leading global engineering teams and driving cloud transformation.

She holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Texas A&M University.

As Chief Sales Officer, Pete is responsible for building a world-class sales team to drive growth and scale leveraging decades of experience as a transformational sales leader. He brings strategic thinking and a value-selling framework to drive collaboration and alignment across our global teams. With a core focus on quantifying the value of solutions, his teams are able to attract new customers looking to transform their built environments to create a smarter and more efficient world.

Prior to joining Accruent, Pete held sales and leadership roles at large and mid-sized enterprise Saas companies including Computer Associates (CA), HP Enterprise, Altiris, and LANDESK as well as earlier-stage firms, elQnetworks and Rigor. These experiences allowed Pete to develop a successful track record driving revenue, the ability to recruit and retain "A" players and serve as a coach/mentor to sales professionals and supporting teams.

Pete is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Management Information Systems (MIS) degree.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kristi Flores leads global initiatives for product, industry, and channel marketing, brand marketing and strategy, demand creation, communications, public relations, events, campaigns, and marketing operations. Her teams, located in the US, Brazil, and Europe, are responsible for driving new business and engagement and bringing to life the Accruent mission of Unifying the Built Environment.

Before joining Accruent, Kristi was Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer at Tektronix, a sister company under the Fortive umbrella and an industry leader in measurement solutions. Her tenure at Tektronix spanned over 14 years. Her career progressed from Global Marketing Communications Manager to leading North American communications to Growth and Innovation Leader and eventually to her last position as CMO. Before Tektronix, she worked at Planar Systems, a digital display manufacturer, where she held an Inside Sales and Account Support position, followed by a Product Marketing Manager role.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University, Oregon.

As Vice President of Human Resources for the Facilities and Asset Lifecycle Group (Accruent, Gordian and ServiceChannel), Christa is responsible for all global People Teams including HR Business Partners, talent management, talent acquisition, culture and engagement, HRIS, internal communication & employer branding and learning and development.

Prior to joining Fortive in 2022 as the FAL HR leader, Christa worked at Equifax for nearly 13 years, serving in various HR positions and gaining invaluable experiences, most recently as the VP of Human Resources.

Christa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business in Atlanta, Georgia, where she currently lives with her family.

Marvin Clark serves as Accruent’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and leads our EPMO, IT, and Business Systems functions. Marvin is an innovative and highly respected technology and financial services executive, with demonstrated success in driving accelerated growth in established financial services and financial technology companies. With over 25 years of experience in technology, he has a solid track record of delivering new and innovative technology solutions that help drive company growth.

In his most recent role, Marvin was a divisional CIO for LPL Financial where he was responsible for home office technology, managing the PMO, digital operating platform (implementing ML and AI) and back-office technology. Prior to LPL Financial, Marvin was the Divisional Information Officer at Wells Fargo where he was responsible for delivering technology solutions for the independent broker dealer channel.

Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

As General Counsel, Alissa Kaplan leads Accruent’s Legal Team and is responsible for driving scale and continuous operational improvement across the legal function. Alissa is an accomplished and innovative attorney and strategic business partner with experience supporting fast-paced technology companies. She is skilled at leading and motivating cross-functional teams aligned to company culture.

Prior to joining Accruent, Alissa served as the Global Deputy General Counsel at LivePerson, Inc., a tech company focused on conversational AI. Before that, Alissa served as the COO and General Counsel of Send Word Now, a SaaS-based mass notification start-up, and the Associate General Counsel at 24/7 Real Media, Inc., one of the original ad tech companies. Alissa began her career in private practice at the international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.

Alissa holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
